All goods purchased from Stay Saucin are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle them with care and make sure that you send the package by a method which protects the value of the goods. You must retain your proof of postage in the case the goods do not arrive (We advise recorded delivery). If we do not receive the goods within 28 days of purchase, we reserve the right not to process your return. In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, and undamaged. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that items have been worn, damaged or mis-treated.

                                                                            SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
